TAILGATER TWICE BAKED POTATO DIP

Ingredients

  1. 1 package cream cheese

  2. 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese 

  3. 1/2 cup mayo 

  4. 3 green onions 

  5. 4 oz bacon bits

Cooking Instructions

  1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.

  2. Add mayo and Swiss cheese and mix well.

  3. Add onions. Mix lightly to not break up onions.

  4. Top with bacon.

  5. Can be served cold, at room temperature or heated. When heating only warm up slowly
    (at 225F) so the cheese and mayo do not separate.
