Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs Beef Tenderloin

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Dijon Mustard & Herbs Rub

  • 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard

  • 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley

  • 1 tbsp Chopped Rosemary

  • 1 clove Minced Garlic

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bake for approximately 28 minutes at 450 to 125 for rare

  2. Let rest for 5-10 minutes
