Home Delivery & Curbside Service
FAQ's

Q: What do I need to include in my email?

A: Send us your grocery list, including quantity of each item. Be sure to include your full name and a phone number where you can be reached, and please specify if you would like to pick up your groceries curbside or if you would like them delivered. If you choose delivery, please provide us with a complete address.

Q: When will I receive my groceries?

A: We fulfill both curbside pickup and delivery requests in the order they are received, so this depends on how many orders we have received. We will contact you on the day your order will be filled, but are unable to provide an exact time for your pickup or delivery.
CURBSIDE:  You will receive a call when your order is ready for pickup.  When you arrive at the store, simply call us with your name and we will place the order in your car.

Q: How do I pay for my groceries?

A: If you choose not to include your payment information in your email, a member of our delivery staff will contact you to obtain your credit card information (card #,  expiration date, CVV, and zip code for the billing address).

Q: Will I receive everything I have requested?

A: We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but there will be occasions when a particular item is out of stock or unavailable. We will not be contacting you to inform you of out-of-stock items. Because we are not currently accepting returns or exchanges, substitutions will not be made unless specifically requested. We will not be contacting you beforehand to inform you of out-of-stock items. If an item is missing from your order, it is because it was not available at the time your order was received.

Q: What if I forget to include something on my grocery list?

A: Because of the high volume of orders we receive and the desire to fulfill requests in a timely fashion, we ask that you review your grocery list to ensure it is complete before sending it.

Q: How can I tip the driver with a no-contact delivery?

A: If you’d like to offer a gratuity to the delivery staff, you can specify that in your email and we will include it on your grocery bill.

Q: Is there a fee for home delivery or curbside service?

A: There is a flat fee of $4.50 for curbside service.  Home delivery fees start at $7.50 for Glencoe and Winnetka and can go up to $9.50 for neighboring cities (i.e. Evanston & Highland Park).

*$50 Minimum order required for free delivery. Deliveries outside Glencoe and Winnetka are subject to delivery charge.

Availiable Monday-Sunday, 9am-3pm.*
