Turkey Roasting

Preheat the oven to 350
-
In a small sauce pan, melt butter
-
Take the giblets out of the Turkey and wash the Turkey inside and out, removing any fat and leftover pin feathers.

Place the Turkey in a large roasting pan
-
Brush the Turkey with the butter and sprinkle salt and pepper
-
Tie the legs together with the string and tuck the wing tips under the body of the Turkey

Roast the Turkey about 2-3 hours, make sure the temperature reaches 165 degrees F
-
Once cooked to 165 Degrees F, take Turkey out and let it rest.
